confidentiality

I take a particularly stringent stance on the subject of confidentiality and will happily enter into a Confidentiality Agreement with any client on an unequivocal basis.

Individuals and businesses trust me with their work, expecting it to be turned around not only expediently, but also taking into account  their professional and ethical obligations to their clients. Consequently, issues such as confidentiality are of paramount importance.

I work for various professionals and businesses and my ability to operate on their behalf in a discreet manner is crucially important when choosing who to outsource their work to.

I do not name any clients in my marketing activities and do not disclose details of the work I undertake under any circumstances.

For prospective clients, I can arrange references by prior arrangement with the intended referee, upon request.

I issue all new clients with a Typing Services Booking Form which contains a Confidentiality clause and a Typing Privacy Policy clause. These clauses are in place to help protect any sensitive information which passes between myself and the client, and serve to ensure both parties will adhere fully to the Agreement.

If you would like any help or advice regarding confidentiality, please contact me and I will be more than happy to assist.
